1. Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Odria Travel. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product. All items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.

2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a full refund will be issued via the Cash on Delivery method. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.

3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order details and a photo of the damaged item. We will offer a replacement or full refund for defective products.

4. Shipping Fees for Returns
The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

5. No Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the product for a refund and place a new order.
